How do I get my son to stand up for his gay mate?

OMG thats horrible. I mean I think thats mean what your son is doing but then again I cant really blame him. At an age like that its so hard to do stuff like that without the fear of being teased and tormented for it. Going through school being "that kid" can really mess with kids (I know) and I understand why your son is trying to avoid it. All I can say is that I continue to pray for a day when the world is better and more accepting of people and where straight guys can hang out with gay guys without being made fun of. sigh
