How Can I Get Rid Of Black Scars In A Month??!!?

Kk So like i live in burbank ca and i came down to houston to stay for a while and mosquitoes have been eatinq me alive. And now i have all these black scars on my legs from the bites and it looks HORRIBLE!! Im goinq back to burbank on March 22 today is Feb 17 does anyone know how i can completely cure them by then?? Oh btw ive been usinq coco er its not workniq i need a more effictive way HELP PLEEAEE!! P.S I have very light skin!!
