How do you paint the clouds in Mulan?

i'm doing a mural in my room on my wall. It's going to have a Asian theme with koi fish and a sakura tree. i really want some clouds but i wanted them , of course, to match my theme. i always loved the clouds in Mulan, the one swirly puffy clouds the God's are always floating on, and i think they would be perfect for my theme. plz help me. thank you!
