Have tried over and over to compare the existential views of Sartre and Heidegger and fail to understand them?

So I cannot understand either of Jean-Paul Sartre's or Martin Heidegger's views on existentialism let alone put their views into and essay and compare three points between them!!!!!!!! I'm freaking can someone please help me out!!??
