Fatty infiltrated liver w/ hypoechoic or complex cyst, ultrasoud findings?

Need to know the symptoms that led you to get the test in the first place, but usually a fatty liver with a cyst are not bad things, just need to keep an eye on it. I'm a nurse, if that helps.
