How to use fruit pulp in a cake or muffins?

I love to bake, when i juice I have all this pulp left over from my juicer, lots of strawberry, cantaloupe, g, and honeydew pulp mixed together. I want to make a cake. I was thinking about just using it between the layers of a plain white cake, but I like to mix it in, any ideas?
