My girlfriend (15) is 4 weeks pregnant, advice PLEASE?

My girlfriend is 15 and she's 4 weeks pregnant, i'd like to add that i'm 16, living in Britain- we did use contraception (it broke). What should i do? I am going to support her, i will struggle to cope financially and i know this. whatever we choose but i need to know that my life isn't over. How do i tell my parents? I do love her, its not teen love, its not lust, so please, empathize. I would appreciate any advice. Thank you
