My 4 year old has pespl needs supervision she falls alot and has to have special shoes should i claim dla?

she needs constant supervision and the school has a log of all incidents she has to have insoles and certain shoes and her left foot turns inwards she gets tired easy and her feet hurt regularly she has seen a orthepedic doctor and i am waiting for insoles to be fitted for her ajustment i have been told to try for dla but not sure whether i should
