Runescape help with woodcutting and fletching urgently?

Hey I am planning go get 99 woodcutting and 99 fletching. I just started im level 52 woodcutting and level 38 fletching =/ how much time will it take me to get it if i play 2hrs a day with a rune axe and when im 70wc i change to dragon axe and whats fastest way to do this. plz help my username is bowni1
