Worms- so embarssed :(?

Ok this is supre embarssing well i definetly know i have worms in my ahn i have had for quite sometime but im just so mortified to tell my mom i mean im not the type to get them i shower evrery day ahn always wash my hands after using the toilet and before eating i know some friends who had them but im 14 and i read only younger children get them . Im desperate to telll my mom and i know she would help me and understand but im so embarrsed shell think im dirty and just initially telling her would be awful. how can i tell hur in a way thts not so embarrsing
