What company makes the "Putting America Back to Work" signs?

These signs are costing from $700 up to $10000 per sign of tax payer money. Free advertising for Obama. Many of our roads that are being worked on needed nothing---no cracks, no potholes. I wonder if the companies that have the sign contracts are owned by Obama's supporters?
