I don't know what school you're talking about, and your thoughts are kind of all over the place, but I'm currently at a community college and I know there are basic GE's you need to complete in order to transfer out, in addition to major prep. Take the specific math courses that you need both to fulfill the GE's and major requirements. If you have to take a math cl that doesn't transfer as a prerequisite, do it anyway because it's a sequence and you'll need the next cles in the chain.
