My keys where stolen out of my house, I have insurance will I still have to pay a locksmith?

Most insurance companies have a deductible you must reach each year. Since you lost the keys this is your fault not something the insurance will probably pay for. It will raise your insurance rates every time that you file a claim. Even if they don't pay for it. It might be wise just to just swallow it & pay for it yourself. Keep the receipt in case you have to file a claim later. It might help with the deductible later in the year but probably not. I have a shelf in my bedroom (where no one else belongs) to keep my keys. Plus they never get lost. Don't keep them by the door because they are too easy to pick up for others. You could always call your insurance agent before filing a claim & see what their rules are about the key issue. Hope this will answer your question. Good Luck!
