Or can I call the policy holder directly to file a claim (I received a copy of their policy from the state)? I already have a unanimous decision from the Board of Technical Registration stating that the home inspector was at fault for this (and many other) misses, but the inspector is refusing to acknowledge they did any wrongdoings, and I am thus left with no other choice (as far as I'm aware) other than a civil lawsuit, or filing a claim against their E&O policy.
