Any info on a investment firm called Sumner Harrington? promising 8.0%-15.0%?

im looking to invest in a secure profit making solution with mid to light risk. This company as been sending me info saying 15k in for 1 year a 8.71 base yield with a 2% bonus and if i could do 4 years for 15.02 with bonuses. im new to investing does this sound ligit? any other ideas for investing?
