Air Force DLI housing for familes?

My husband left for basic today and in February he'll be going to Monterey California for DLI. We don't know for how long or what language. I keep hearing that we will probably be housed in Fort Ord but I can't figure out any other info on the fort. Please anyone that knows some useful links or some more info on housing.
